Extreme weather events
If there a National Weather Advisory for an extreme weather event I may cancel the tour. I will post on my social media accounts and send you an email the day before. I will tour rain or shine. But I will ask for a payment ahead of time if there is going to be rain.
History tour liability
By making a reservation and joining a tour you have accepted the risk of walking and being on public property or property open to the public. Please bring water, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses or anything you need to complete the two hour tour. Tips are not mandatory. But in the words of Thomas Paine ... "To pay a citizen for a task well done is mandatory. To offer a tip is voluntary heaven"
